I made this really fun birthday cake for a a little girls birthday cake that loves the color pink! I really like the different shades of pink against the ganache chocolate. A very contemporary art deco 3rd birthday

CUP CAKES

I made a 3 tiered square wedding cake. The top and bottom layers were chocolate with almond, rum and raspberry filling (very tasty!). The middle cake was a yellow cake with the same filling as the top and bottom. The icing was a vanilla buttercream. The monogram was a chocolate square with royal icing letters. The tiers were decorated with ribbon and a bow-tie on opposite sides of the cake.

I also made the grooms-cake which was a 2 tiered marble cheese cake that was covered in ganache.  The groom was miner and wanted a miners hat on his grooms cake.

This cake was for a first birthday party. I had never made farm animals out of fondant before! It was really fun to experiment with them.

This unicorn cake was totally fun. The inside of the cake is layers of a rainbow color! It took a pretty long time to make all those layers but totally worth it. The horn is an ice cream cone that is covered in fondant. The cake is iced in vanilla butter-cream and the eye, mouth and nose are fondant. I had an extra materials so I made that little round cake too.
